Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Trenton NJ for a Director of Clinical Case Management. Qualifications

Proven leadership and management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in healthcare or clinical case management.
Expertise in care planning case management and coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance standards and best practices in clinical settings.
Data-driven decision-making skills including experience with healthcare analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work on-site in Trenton NJ and travel as needed for stakeholder engagements.
Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed clinical professional preferred; other certifications in healthcare management or case management are advantageous.
Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Public Health or related field required; Masters degree is a plus.
