About the role:
- The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing through the implementation of Process related issues.
What you will do:
- Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.
- Ensure a stable process by continuously identifying the risks in the in-process control and firewall.
- Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.
- Perform root cause analysis technical simulations and corrective actions for line and customer issues.
- Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.
- Responsible for characterization of new processes or material changes and implementing controls.
- Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.
- Capacity increase through engineering solutions.
- Performs root cause analysis technical simulation studies and corrective actions for customer/line chronic issues.
- Drive alternate source material qualification for cost/DFPC improvement.
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor processes and/or material science.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in process engineering preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in Mold processes including process characterization optimization and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in SPC DOE FMEA DFM MRAT change management problemsolving analysis and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word Project) and analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
- Skilled in datadriven problem solving and capable of applying engineering solutions to improve yield reliability and cost efficiency.
- Effective leadership communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customeroriented attitude and innovative mindset.
- Resultsdriven analytical and detailoriented with excellent riskbased thinking.
- Ability to work independently collaboratively and under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
