Role Summary:
Drive client success delivery excellence and strategic growth for email operations spam/abuse mitigation and Trust & Safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client interface managing governance reporting and strategic alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations ensuring SLA quality and compliance adherence.
- Analyze trends risks and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory privacy and email security standards.
- Support business growth through solutioning upsell opportunities and thought leadership.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations.
- Deep expertise in SMTP SPF DKIM DMARC and email ecosystems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk.
- Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
