- Bachelors degree in ECE ME EE Computer Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience in semiconductor Test Assembly or Backend operations (Final Test preferred).
- Experience with turret handlers (ASM SRM Pentamaster Ismeca Ueno Seiki) and AOI/vision systems.
- Knowledge in mechanical design; proficiency in AutoCAD Allegro Cadence or similar drafting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with statistical/data analysis tools (JMP Minitab etc.).
- Understanding of semiconductor test processes (GR&R test methods program alignment).
- Strong communication collaboration and project management skills.
