About the Role
The HR Assistant will support the smooth operation of HR processes helping to manage recruitment employee records and day-to-day HR administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate HR records and databases
Assisting with payroll contracts and staff documentation
Responding to HR queries from staff and management
Supporting HR policies and compliance procedures
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in HR or administrative support
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Reliable professional and proactive
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in a school or academy setting is desirable but not essential.
