Job Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive field-driven Channel Enablement Executiveto drive dealer and franchise expansion across Delhi NCR.
The role focuses on new dealer scouting feasibility evaluation onboarding support retail rollout coordination and partner enablement ensuring structured growth of the channel network.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1 Dealer & Franchise Scouting (Primary Growth KPA)
  • Identify and map potential dealers / franchise partners across NCR
  • Conduct market scanning visits and territory mapping
  • Evaluate partner capability location viability and investment strength
  • Generate and qualify expansion leads
  • Support negotiation and onboarding process
  • Maintain expansion pipeline tracker
2 Dealer Onboarding & Activation
  • Coordinate documentation and agreement process
  • Support showroom readiness and launch planning
  • Ensure branding layout and visibility compliance
  • Assist in activation and initial business ramp-up
3 Channel Engagement & Support
  • Conduct regular dealer visits
  • Monitor partner productivity & sell-through
  • Support execution of schemes promotions & in-store excellence
  • Resolve operational queries in coordination with internal teams
4 Retail Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct structured retail audits
  • Ensure SOP and brand guideline compliance
  • Submit audit reports with corrective actions
5 Reporting & MIS
  • Maintain expansion MIS visit reports pipeline dashboards
  • Provide competitor and market intelligence
  • Support monthly review presentations
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 26 years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Development / Franchise Expansion
  • Experience in Building Materials / Consumer Durables / Electrical / Industrial Products preferred
  • Strong field exposure in Delhi NCR
  • Ability to scout qualify and convert dealer leads
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong Excel & reporting capability
  • Comfortable with extensive travel
