Intern-Modernization & Expansion

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Tool Design & Development

• Design develop and enhance engineering or productivity tools to support project execution and operational efficiency.
• Translate user requirements and process needs into functional tool specifications.
• Develop new features and improve existing tools to meet stakeholder and project requirements.

1. User Support & Deployment

• Support deployment of tools across projects or teams.
• Provide training demos and user support to engineers and stakeholders.
• Collect user feedback and implement improvements based on operational usage.
  

1. Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate manual or repetitive engineering tasks using tools.
• Improve efficiency accuracy and consistency of engineering deliverables through tool usage.
• Contribute innovative ideas for tool-based process improvements.
  

1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with project teams engineering leads and managers to align tool functionality with project needs.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions related to tool usage and enhancements.
• Provide timely status updates and reports on tool development activities.

1. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure tools comply with internal engineering standards quality checklists and organizational guidelines.
• Support audits reviews and quality checks related to tool-generated outputs.
