The Partner Programs & Engagement Manager plays a critical role in driving partner engagement and overall channel performance through strategic communications and system automation. This position drives measurable impact by strengthening partner relationships driving program adoption and accelerating joint growth across the APEX Partner Program ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute global partner communications including newsletters email campaigns and key announcements to drive partner engagement and awareness
Design and optimize partner lifecycle campaigns including onboarding activation reactivation and ongoing engagement journeys
Build and manage scalable programs in Marketo including email templates automated workflows and campaign architecture
Develop dynamic segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver targeted relevant partner experiences
Define and track KPIs for communication performance continuously optimizing campaigns based on data and insights
Maintain and manage partner databases and distribution lists ensuring data accuracy segmentation and compliance
Establish and enforce campaign governance including process documentation naming conventions QA standards and regional email compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM GDPR)
Lead the Partner Win Wire program by identifying success stories coordinating interviews and producing content to support partner education and enablement
Partner closely with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to align communications with regional priorities and partner strategies
Deliver reporting and analysis on partner engagement campaign performance and channel trends providing actionable recommendations
Support partner territory management and reporting in collaboration with regional teams
Drive ongoing data hygiene and process improvements across marketing and channel systems
Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience in marketing operations marketing automation or channel/partner marketing
Deep hands-on experience with Marketo including advanced program builds automation workflows and campaign optimization
Proven experience designing and executing lifecycle campaigns (onboarding nurture re-engagement)
Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and translating data into actionable insights
Experience with segmentation personalization and audience targeting strategies
Solid understanding of Salesforce and marketing automation integrations
Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM GDPR)
Excellent communication and content development skills with the ability to engage partner audiences
High attention to detail and strong operational rigor (QA data management process documentation)
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales channel and marketing stakeholders
Self-starter with strong project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset
