We are seeking a reliable German-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our international automotive support this role you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking drivers requiring urgent assistance across Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Coordination: Respond to incoming calls from German Austrian and Swiss drivers requiring roadside assistance towing or technical support.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local service providers mechanics and towing companies to ensure timely help for the customer.
• Technical Guidance: Provide initial troubleshooting for common automotive issues and manage car rental or alternative travel arrangements when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate real-time logs of incidents and service progress using specialized automotive software.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Professionalism: A calm professional and empathetic communication style especially in high-pressure situations.
• Skills: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate complex geographical and logistical data.
