About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support & Technical Advisor to join an international team supporting a premium global brand in home appliances.
In this role you will provide both customer care and technical support helping customers with product usage troubleshooting and service coordination. Youll work with modern tools including remote diagnostics and video support ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone and email for customer and technical inquiries
Troubleshoot appliance issues and guide customers through solutions
Assist with installation setup and product usage
Use remote tools (video calls diagnostics) to identify technical issues
Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required
Support customers with spare parts identification and orders
Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service
Requirements
German: C1 level or higher
English: B2 level or higher
Good PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems
Basic technical or mechanical understanding
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Minimum 6 months contact center experience (required for remote assistance roles)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
