About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Social Media Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto.
In this role you will support users and handle social media-related inquiries ensuring high service quality and adherence to platform guidelines.
Working Schedule
Evening shift planned in the future: 13:00 22:00
Later possibility (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational schedule
Flexibility is required.
Responsibilities

Provide support via social media platforms and related channels

Handle user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Monitor and respond according to platform policies

Maintain accurate case documentation
-
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1C2)
-
English C1 level (mandatory)
-
Previous contact centre experience (mandatory)

Strong communication skills

Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends

Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
