About the Role
We are hiring a French-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join an international digital advertising team in Lisbon.
This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong customer service skills supporting advertisers with campaign management optimization and platform-related inquiries.
Working Schedule
Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window):

Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 19:00

2 shifts:

07:00 16:00
-
10:00 19:00

2 rotative days off per week
At a later stage (TBC by the client) the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.
Responsibilities

Support clients with paid campaign management and optimization

Provide guidance on digital advertising tools and platforms

Troubleshoot campaign-related and technical issues

Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Accurately document cases and follow internal quality standards
Requirements
-
Fluent French (C1C2)
-
Good command of English (B2)

Mandatory experience in paid campaign management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience in Digital Marketing
-
Experience in a Contact Centre or service program within an Advertising Tech company

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals

Strong customer service orientation
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must already be based in Lisbon
