Base Salary: 1100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: 100 x11 months
About the Role
We are hiring a Content Moderator fluent in Austrian German (C2/Native level) to join an international team in Lisbon.
In this role you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Important: Standard German is NOT accepted for this role. Candidates must speak Austrian German at a native/C2 level.
Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week
At a later stage (TBC by the client) the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts.
Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content

Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines

Identify and escalate sensitive or inappropriate content

Maintain accuracy and consistency in content decisions

Follow internal quality and performance standards
Requirements

Native / C2 Austrian German (mandatory)

Good command of English (B2)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive content

Flexibility to work rotational shifts
