About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Video Content Advisor to join an international team in Lisbon.

In this role you will review and evaluate video content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.

No previous experience is required both experienced candidates and entry-level applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess video content according to internal policies

  • Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions

  • Maintain performance and quality targets

  • Handle sensitive content in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1C2)

  • Good command of English (B2)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Resilience and emotional stability when reviewing online content
