About the Role
We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Porto.
In this role you will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards.
Important: This position involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates must demonstrate resilience and strong emotional balance.
Working Schedule

Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00

2 rotative days off per week
Planned update: Evening shift (13:00 22:00) to be introduced.
Future possibility: Extension to a 24/7 rotational schedule.
Flexibility is required.
Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content according to platform policies

Identify and escalate inappropriate or policy-violating content

Ensure accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions

Maintain performance and quality standards

Handle sensitive material professionally and responsibly
Requirements

Fluent Romanian (C1C2)

Good command of English (B2)

Strong attention to detail

Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content
