About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a professional team in Porto.

This role is ideal for candidates with solid customer service experience preferably within the travel industry who thrive in structured environments and value high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and other communication channels
Assist customers with inquiries bookings and service-related issues
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
Deliver high-quality service aligned with company standards
Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Fluent French (C1C2)
English C1 level (business proficiency written and spoken)
Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably in the travel industry)
Mandatory: High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
