Job Summary
Are you a German speaker looking to build your international career in sunny Lisbon
We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a leading international digital services company.
This is a full-time on-site opportunity within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver professional support via phone email and chat
Assist customers with account-related questions and general inquiries
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Your Profile:
Native or C1/C2 German
Minimum B2 level in English
Previous customer service experience is a strong advantage
Available for rotational shifts (MondaySunday)
Currently in Lisbon OR able to relocate independently
