What Youll Be Doing

As our People & Culture Director youll lead the charge in delivering comprehensive people solutions that drive performance and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing cutting-edge People & Culture best practices that elevate our workplace experience
  • Delivering seamless Payroll services that ensure our team is rewarded accurately and on time
  • Managing Employee Relations with empathy and expertise fostering positive workplace relationships
  • Overseeing Return to Work programs that support our staff through their wellness journey
  • Developing and maintaining strategies that create a supported high-performing workforce
  • Collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery across all People & Culture functions
