As our People & Capability Lead youll own thefoundations that shape how we grow leadership development organisationaldesign remuneration frameworks advisory and systems development.
The work behind the scenes that changes everything when donewell.
Youll work closely with our Head of People & Cultureand partner daily with our Talent Lead and work in a business which has high-trustzero politics and good energy across the entire your role youll beworking directly with Director and Senior Leadership level stakeholders and ifyou value influence without ego and strategy that actually gets executed keepreading.

Build and embed a practical leadership frameworkthat lifts capability as we scale
Shape organisational design so roles are clearaligned and future ready.

Strengthen people reporting by turning data andinsight into better business decisions.
Tighten systems and workflows so we rely on structurenot memory as we grow.
Elevate wellbeing safety and sustainableperformance across the group.
Own core People operations so strategic work hasspace to breathe.
