Job Summary
Over the past 20 years Amazon has reinvented on behalf of customers and has become the largest internet retailer and marketplace in the world with over $74 billion in revenue globally. B2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find research and buy products and services from a vast selection across multiple devices marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection price our products and provide the right customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
Are you excited by the challenge and sense of ownership that comes from leading programs and projects at Amazon scale Do you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment solving complex operations business marketing and technical problems by delivering innovative solutions If so then you are at the right place.
- Build and execute retention programs to reduce customer churn. Track performance and manage output efficiently
- Build and Execute GTM for key customer cohorts
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
- Present and lead conversations about business issues solutions and strategy to senior leaders
- Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
- 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in e-commerce retail or advertising
- MBA
