The Marketing Manager leads the planning and delivery of marketing activity across campaigns content events and partnerships. Working with senior stakeholders and the wider Marketing & Design team you will drive multichannel initiatives aligned to business priorities and brand standards ensuring disciplined project management consistent execution and clear performance reporting.
The role suits a marketer ready to take managementlevel ownership able to design and run defined programmes endtoend manage stakeholders confidently and contribute to broader marketing governance strategy and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Own campaign planning and execution including messaging channel strategy timelines budgets and delivery governance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across service lines to define objectives manage scope and maintain momentum.
- Brief and manage internal creative/digital teams and external suppliers to deliver highquality onbrand outputs.
- Drive content strategy and development across written video digital and experiential formats to strengthen brand presence.
- Identify and activate opportunities to showcase expertise through events communications client engagement and targeted digital activity.
- Lead the endtoend delivery of events sponsorships and partnerships ensuring strong brand alignment and value realisation.
- Manage priority thirdparty relationships and suppliers maintaining quality standards timelines and budget control.
- Track analyse and report on campaign performance translating insights into continuous improvement and more effective delivery.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor applying governance standards improving processes and ensuring consistent national execution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce Marketing PR or similar discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience ideally in a corporate and/or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading campaigns and marketing activity across digital content events and partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills including confidence engaging senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong project management capability: planning prioritisation attention to detail and delivery to deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset uses data to inform decisions track ROI to continuously improve.
- Digital capability and familiarity with marketing platforms and SEO principles.
