You will be responsible for:
- Leading mentoring and developing a high-performing spa team
- Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly KPIs
- Managing rosters labour cost control and productivity benchmarks
- Retail strategy and sales performance
- Maintaining Forbes / 5-star service standards
- Guest journey oversight and service recovery
- Stock management and supplier relationships
- Supporting wellness programming and activations
- Ensuring compliance hygiene and operational excellence
Qualifications :
About You
You are:
- An experienced Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury environment
- Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
- Confident managing KPIs payroll percentages and retail conversion
- A natural leader who builds culture not just rosters
- Immaculate in presentation and communication
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Passionate about wellness service artistry and guest experience
Essential:
- Minimum 35 years leadership experience in a premium spa
- Strong knowledge of spa booking systems
- Proven track record of driving revenue and retail performance
