To complement our rapid growth we are actively looking for talented and experienced Net New Sales Representatives for our Commercial (Inside) Sales team. Five9 headquarters and Commercial Sales Team are located in San Ramon or San Francisco California. Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Identify qualify and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs (key performance indicators) and monthly quota
- Track and manage opportunities in CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process
- Articulate company value proposition
- Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales - preferably in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
- Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone email and web-conference
- Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
- Experience with CRM systems preferably
- Industry experience is a huge plus but not required
- Energetic upbeat tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree (BA/BS) is required
Desired Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of contact center and unified communications technology and concepts
- Cloud services; VoIP
- Previous experience with CRM
- Software-as-a-Service Applications (Cloud) experience and understanding
Work Location: This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M W TH) in our San Ramon office is required.
