Job Summary

As Conference & Events Executive you will manage your own portfolio of events from sales handover through to post-event follow-up ensuring seamless delivery strong client relationships and commercially successful outcomes.

This is a fast-paced role where organisation attention to detail and confident communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate conferences and events end-to-end from confirmation to completion
  • Prepare accurate event documentation and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Delphi
  • Lead client planning meetings and site inspections
  • Maintain professional timely communication across all client interactions
  • Deliver events in line with agreed service standards and departmental KPIs
  • Manage deposits billing and final account reconciliation
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Uphold exceptional attention to detail across all event processes

Qualifications :

You are an experienced events professional who thrives in a high-volume resort or convention centre environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.

What You Bring

  • Previous Conference & Events experience within a hotel or large venue
  • Working knowledge of Delphi or similar event management systems
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events
  • High attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence managing client relationships and financial processes
  • Proactive solutions-focused mindset
  • Professional presentation aligned with premium resort standards
