As Conference & Events Executive you will manage your own portfolio of events from sales handover through to post-event follow-up ensuring seamless delivery strong client relationships and commercially successful outcomes.
This is a fast-paced role where organisation attention to detail and confident communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate conferences and events end-to-end from confirmation to completion
- Prepare accurate event documentation and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in Delphi
- Lead client planning meetings and site inspections
- Maintain professional timely communication across all client interactions
- Deliver events in line with agreed service standards and departmental KPIs
- Manage deposits billing and final account reconciliation
- Work collaboratively with sales and operational teams to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold exceptional attention to detail across all event processes
Qualifications :
You are an experienced events professional who thrives in a high-volume resort or convention centre environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.
What You Bring
- Previous Conference & Events experience within a hotel or large venue
- Working knowledge of Delphi or similar event management systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing client relationships and financial processes
- Proactive solutions-focused mindset
