Job Summary

Working closely with the Sales team you will have the opportunity to work across both meeting and events as well as venue events. 

What will you be doing:

  • Assisting with compilation of event order through to assist on site management of the event.
  • Work closely with other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for conferences have been made and runs smoothly.
  • Co-ordination and hosting of familiarisation and site inspection activity including follow-up.
  • Attend and assist with weekly Banquets Event Order meetings.
  • Assist in the maintenance of conference database of key contacts / clients.

Qualifications :

  • You will pride yourself on your strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will possess a keen eye for detail and be able to manage competing priorities.
  • Due to the high-volume nature of the venue you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
