About the Opportunity
Our client a fast-growing global SaaS organization is expanding its ANZ team and seeking driven Inside Sales Executives to accelerate new business growth.
This role focuses primarily on inbound leads across SMB and mid-market accounts. Youll engage decision-makers conduct tailored product demonstrations and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from first touch to close.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and qualify inbound leads with timely strategic follow-up

Conduct high-impact virtual presentations and tailored product demonstrations

Engage senior stakeholders across SMB and mid-market organizations

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
-
Manage full sales cycle using CRM tools from lead to close

Collaborate with Marketing Product and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Track pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
-
Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings as required

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning
Requirements
-
25 years experience in Sales or Business Development within SaaS/software
-
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
-
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
-
Experience selling SaaS solutions (CRM ERP Accounting HRMS preferred)
-
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
-
CRM proficiency for pipeline management and forecasting
-
Willingness to travel domestically when required
