1. Human Resource Management
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings interviews and onboarding.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop implement and update HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture.
Manage employee welfare engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Act as a mediator between management and employees to resolve conflicts.
Implement performance evaluation systems.
Assist in setting KPIs and monitoring employee performance.
Identify training needs and design professional development programs.
Conduct or coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills
Implementation of Personnel policies time to time.
Issuing notice for misconduct.

Office Operations:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
Manage office supplies vendors and service providers.
