We offer a competitive salary range of 10000 - 15000 monthly along with a supportive work culture that fosters growth and development for our employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
