- Experience:5-7 years in HR compliance.
- Knowledge:In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities excellent communication and interpersonal skills and advanced proficiency in HR information systems.
- Certification:Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
