Job Summary

As F&B Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue across all food and beverage outlets private dining and event spaces at Avani Lanexang Vientiane. You will proactively identify business opportunities build strong client relationships and position the hotel as a vibrant lifestyle dining and social destination in Vientiane.

This role requires a dynamic commercially minded professional who understands market trends corporate networking and social engagement while working closely with the Sales and F&B teams to deliver creative and profitable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure F&B business opportunities including corporate dining social events private parties and group bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients embassies event planners and local businesses.

  • Promote restaurant concepts special promotions seasonal menus and lifestyle events.

  • Conduct sales calls site inspections and client presentations.

  • Coordinate with F&B Operations to ensure seamless execution of confirmed events and bookings.

  • Prepare proposals quotations and contracts in line with hotel policies.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging dining concepts.

  • Support marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional campaigns.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales performance reports.


Qualifications :

 

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in F&B sales event sales or hospitality sales environment.

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and event coordination.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good communication skills in both Lao and English.

  • Outgoing proactive and confident personality.

  • Strong networking skills with local market knowledge.
