Marketing Director Lead Generation & Growth Madison WI Full-Time On-Site

Ready to join a team of winners and help Storm Guard Roofing & Construction become the gold standard in Madison We are aggressively growing targeting 50% annual growth and we need a Marketing Director who can lead the charge.
This is a full-time on-site leadership role overseeing all marketing initiatives including traditional marketing face-to-face events call center campaigns and lead generation programs. Youll manage the marketing budget lead the team and create strategies that drive measurable growth and out-execute the competition.
What Youll Own
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation
- Lead and manage the entire marketing department including budget and personnel
- Execute face-to-face marketing programs: events shows canvassing and call center outbound campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing drives revenue growth
- Innovate and scale marketing efforts to match the vision of a company twice our size
Who You Are
- Experienced in face-to-face marketing events and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Experience in home services or construction is a plus
- Strategic thinker who can envision how to scale marketing for rapid growth
