IFS Loops is IFSs Agentic Digital Worker Platform purpose-built to bring Industrial AI into real operational execution. Loops enables governed autonomous Digital Workers that observe decide and act across enterprise workflows extending IFS Cloud and third-party systems without replacing them. As the cutting edge of IFSs AI strategy Loops plays a central role in how IFS delivers scalable enterprise-ready autonomy to mission-critical industries. 

Role Summary 

The Director Solution Marketing for IFS Loops is responsible for owning and running Loops-led marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth solution adoption and market visibility for IFSs Agentic Digital Worker Platform. 

This role is central to positioning IFS Loops as the leading enterprise platform for agentic AI and Digital Workers translating advanced AI capabilities into clear credible and outcome-driven campaigns for industrial buyers. You will own execution of Loops-specific campaigns while contributing heavily to inbound and net-new demand in collaboration with central IFS marketing regional teams product marketing and sales. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on execution-oriented marketer who is comfortable operating at the cutting edge of AI while remaining grounded in enterprise GTM realities. You will plan build launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end working directly in HubSpot (or similar platforms) and using performance data to drive continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Ownership & Demand Creation 

  • Own and execute IFS Loops-led marketing campaigns that position Loops as IFSs Agentic Digital Worker Platform and primary engine for autonomous AI-driven execution. 

  • Translate Loops platform strategy Digital Worker launches and agentic AI narratives into clear executable GTM campaigns. 

  • Drive inbound and net-new demand for Digital Workers and the Loops platform in collaboration with central IFS demand digital and regional marketing teams. 

  • Prioritize campaign development based on pipeline gaps platform adoption goals industry focus areas and AI product milestones. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to convert platform positioning Digital Worker use cases and proof points into campaign-ready messaging. 

  • Work with sales and solution teams to ensure campaigns reinforce platform-level value not just point use cases. 

  • Align with central IFS marketing to ensure Loops is consistently represented as a strategic differentiated AI platform not a standalone feature set. 

Content Operations & Optimization 

  • Own creation of high-impact content and assets that explain agentic AI Digital Workers and autonomous execution in enterprise-relevant terms. 

  • Operate directly within HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation and CRM platforms managing campaigns attribution reporting and optimization. 

  • Analyze campaign performance against KPIs including pipeline contribution marketing-influenced revenue and conversion metrics continuously refining execution. 

Web Digital & Market Presence 

  • Own and evolve the IFS Loops sections of ensuring Loops is positioned as IFSs AI platform for Digital Workers and industrial autonomy. 

  • Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to improve discoverability and relevance for key AI Digital Worker and platform terms.

The Solution Marketing Manager ensures that IFS Loops technical differentiation is translated into clear market demand sales momentum and measurable pipeline impact helping establish IFS as the technology leader in Industrial AI.
