Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process building trust and delivering value every step of the way
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs preferences and lifestyle
- Introduce clients to digital tools for exploring vehicle options features and packages
- Prepare and present vehicles for demonstrations ensuring all technology features are fully functional (Bluetooth navigation hybrid systems etc.)
- Clearly explain vehicle performance features and benefits
- Review and present optional equipment and upgrades
- Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles across both brands
- Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing strategies and model-specific options
- Prepare personalized email communication ahead of appointments to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience
