Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with sales experience in Interior design & Fittings related building material solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth developing dealer networks and managing key customer relationships within the construction and interior finishing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for building material sales.
Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with contractors builders architects and project consultants.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery product availability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager capacity in building material sales.
Strong industry network and understanding of the construction sector.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
