Main Duties:

Control and record all travel card and voucher stock movements
Provide accurate monthly stock reports and levels to Finance
Ensure Sales Agents and distributors are fully stocked and replenished
Monitor individual seller stock and coordinate 3rd party packing
Update and maintain efficient Head Office and Sales Office procedures
Liaise with Finance for month-end reports and agent commissions
Prepare timesheets and calculate Sales Agent commissions for Payroll
Coordinate the thrice-weekly mail run between all office locations
Conduct weekly health checks on marketing stock and service quality
Manage staff rosters and coordinate overtime or sick-leave cover
Remain on-call weekends to handle emergency staff replacements
Perform daily sales reconciliations and assist agents with queries
Fulfill any other duties as required by the business exigencies

What skills do you need

Ordinary level of education in Mathematics
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales back-office operations
Experience with CRM Software Data Analysis and Reporting
Valid local Driving Licence
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and preferably Maltese.
Proficiency in MS Excel

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
