Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales and Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients while supporting new business acquisition across their product ecosystem.

This role combines relationship management commercial performance oversight and new business development within the iGaming sector. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to drive client growth ensure successful integrations and identify new market opportunities.

Location: Hybrid Sliema

Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Account Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients building strong long term relationships

  • Monitor client performance including GGR NGR bet count margin and player activity

  • Identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks within accounts

  • Address client needs and provide tailored solutions across the product ecosystem

  • Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline tracking and account updates

  • Support the Head of Business Development with onboarding and managing new prospects

  • Acquire new clients across Aggregation Live Casino and other products

  • Assist with commercial negotiations and contract discussions

  • Represent our client at industry events and trade shows as required

  • Travel to meet clients and partners when necessary

  • Analyse performance data to drive portfolio growth

  • Monitor competitor activity regulatory developments and market trends

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and provide actionable insights

  • Work closely with Tech Finance Legal and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery

  • Coordinate supplier launches content rollouts integrations and product updates

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing operational execution for clients

Requirements:

  • 23 years experience in business development account management or sales within the iGaming industry

  • Strong relationship management and networking skills

  • Solid commercial awareness with the ability to support contract discussions and negotiations

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

  • Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)

  • Collaborative proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel as required
