Job Summary

Location: Hybrid - Mrieħel Malta (3 days per week in office)
Reporting to CRM Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management Plan create and execute CRM campaigns across Email SMS Push and On-Site messaging to engage and retain players.

  • Segmentation & Targeting Use player data and behavioral insights to deliver personalized content and offers.

  • Promotional Execution Manage and optimize bonuses free spins cashback offers and VIP perks to drive retention.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization Test subject lines visuals messaging and offers to enhance performance.

  • Data Analysis Monitor key retention KPIs track player behavior and provide actionable insights.

  • CRM Tools & Automation Work with CRM platforms to automate and scale campaigns.

  • Creative Collaboration Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure branding and messaging are aligned.

  • Work Across Teams Collaborate with Content Writing Customer Support Product and Design teams to refine the player journey.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operations role in iGaming or in CRM.

  • Exposure to CRM marketing automation or campaign tools (training provided).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes checklists and instructions accurately.

  • Able to manage task queues and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dependable organised and responsive to changing priorities.

  • Comfortable testing validating and verifying setups.

  • Clear written communication for handovers QA notes and issue flagging.

  • Copywriting and content creation skills are a nice to have.

  • Basic understanding of HTML SQL or Excel is a plus.

  • Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
