Job Summary

Main Duties:

Plan and forecast orders
Prepare orders for the purchase of supplies
Liaise with healthcare suppliers to fulfill diverse client requirements
Report and analyse patterns of sales
Other office duties as required from time to time

What skills do you need

Have an O level standard of education
Experience in a similar role is considered an asset however training will be given
Fluent in English and Maltese verbal and written
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
Have experience in accounting platforms
Be an effective communicator and a quick learner
An organized proactive team player able to work independently and in a team

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
