Job Summary

We are looking for the Head of Human Resources

Position Summary

The Head of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to business leadership driving the successful integration ofMidea and TEKAorganizations and advancing overall people and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for embedding best-in-class HR practices acrosstalent development performance management organizational design culture and HR operations ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Integration & Design

  • Lead and coordinate theMidea/TEKA integration ensuring full alignment ofsystems job functions structure and policies.
  • Partner with leadership to design optimal organization structures and role clarity to support business continuity and efficiency.
  • Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth transition and engagement across all levels.

2. Talent & Organization Development

  • FacilitateTalent Review Job Grade and Title calibration and Succession Planning.
  • Partner with leaders to identify develop and retain high-potential talent.
  • Implement structured development plans and organizational capability-building programs.

3. Performance Management

  • Lead theend-to-end Performance Management cycle KPI setting performance evaluation calibration and improvement plans.
  • Managebonus program coordination ensuring fair and performance-based recognition.
  • Support managers with effectiveperformance dialogue and feedback practices.

4. Employee Relations Culture & Engagement

Ensure full compliance with the Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and all applicable labor regulations in Mexico.

Monitor changes in labor legislation and update internal processes policies and communication to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Manage the complete employment lifecycle including hiring onboarding terminations and voluntary resignations ensuring legal and procedural accuracy.
  • Act as the primary HR partner for employee relations ensuring fair transparent and compliant resolutions.
  • Promote and strengthen the companyculture values and employer brandingthrough targeted engagement and communication initiatives.
  • Lead or support internalevents cultural activities and employee engagement programs.

5. HR Administration & Systems

  • Oversee day-to-dayHR administration including HRIS maintenance data accuracy and HR reporting.
  • Generate workforce analytics and insights to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Additional duties

  • Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
  • Write job descriptions and manage job ads.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues.
  • Lead and manage the HR department and team.
  • Stay current with changes in employment law and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field;

Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT) and HR compliance practices. (Mandatory)

Experience managing hiring exits offboarding and employee documentation. (Mandatory)

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required as the role involves frequent interaction collaboration and communication with teams from Midea and Teka. (Mandatory)

Previous exposure to labor claims conciliation processes or legal case follow-up.

8 yearsof HR experience with at least3 years as an HR Business Partnersupporting a regional or cross-functional organization.

Strong exposure toorganizational transformation integration or change management.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.

Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

High integrity agility and a results-oriented mindset.
