GC Solar is seeking a motivated Senior Business Developer to oversee the full spectrum of branch operations ensuring efficient daily processes compliance with health and safety regulations and a clean well-maintained environment. Drive sales growth by implementing branch-level strategies monitoring performance against targets and KPIs and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Lead train and motivate staff by setting clear performance goals conducting regular evaluations managing schedules and addressing disciplinary matters in alignment with HR policies. Manage inventory and cash flow through accurate stock control cash-up procedures and financial accuracy. Prepare and submit timely reports on sales inventory and staff performance while ensuring adherence to company policies standards and administrative requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration Sales & Marketing Commerce or a related field (essential).
A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent in Strategic Management/Business Development (advantageous).
Additional certifications in Sales Project Management or Renewable Energy/Technical Sales (will be beneficial).
Experience
Minimum 57 years of experience in business development sales or account management preferably within the renewable energy construction or related sectors.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth securing high-value clients and expanding into new markets.
Strong experience in strategic planning client relationship management and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Experience leading or mentoring teams collaborating with cross-functional departments and delivering results in a competitive target-driven environment.
