What the role is about:

Youll act as the bridge between finance and the businessconnecting strategy to performance through meaningful analysis forecasting and reporting.

What youll be doing:

Partner with business units to provide financial insight and strategic guidance
Own budgeting and rolling forecast cycles from start to finish
Deliver clear insightful management reports
Support key business decisions with data-driven analysis
Assist with supplier-related financial processes and risk considerations
Build strong trusted relationships across teams

What were looking for:

Degree in Finance or similar (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)
3 years experience in financial management or business partnering
Strong budgeting forecasting and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach
