We offer a competitive salary range of 6000 - 20000 monthly along with a supportive work environment conducive to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our services
- Assist clients with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our database
- Follow up with leads and convert them into potential clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets
- Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate with clients
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to management
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to engage with clients and build rapport
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role is a plus
