Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products or services and answer customer questions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
Required Skills:-
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office CRM software).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / High school diploma.
- Graduate preferred (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling customer service or sales is an advantage.
