Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Sales:Making outbound calls to prospective clients promoting services and booking appointments.
Customer Support:Handling inbound inquiries and following up with clients for feedback.
Back Office Operations:Managing data entry documentation and maintaining client databases.
Reporting:Preparing daily weekly or monthly operational reports.
Coordination:Working with internal teams (e.g. sales operations) to ensure smooth workflows.
Administration:Handling emails managing correspondence and providing administrative support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is highly valued.
Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word) and strong telephone etiquette.
Attributes:Excellent communication skills ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
Experience:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
