The AM Sales Coordination Manager is a pivotal role in bridging the sales force and other functions of the organization. Working throughout the whole Sales cycle you will lead end-to-end Sales Operations and Administration processes primarily working on demand fulfillment and ensuring the success of the business. From day one you will roll up your sleeves be ready to learn and bring your previous experiences to contribute and enable the sales teams to exceed their targets.
Accountabilities
- Leading the forecasts discussions with sales teams to drive revenue forecasting.
- Own the sales force target setting from goal to attainment.
- Continuous connection with supply and logistics to ensure right product at the right time and location.
- Proactively devising a plan to ensure product availability at all warehouses.
- Developing data stories for leadership and commercial teams to help capture all possible sales opportunities.
- Leading collection of key data from monthly sales meetings and coordinate cross functionally to ensure execution.
- Lead the automation journey of sales teams to build efficiency.
- Analyze supply and demand issues. Develop all data metrics and scenarios to be discussed during S&OP meetings.
Critical professional and personal capabilities:
- Masters degree in Business/Supply Chain/IT/Data Science with 5 years in demand planning or sales operations/planning.
- Strong communication skills. Proven track record of working with cross functional teams
- Strong command in Microsoft Excel. A certification would be a plus
- Exceptional Data analytics and visualization skills. Ability to gather insights from data and present them into meaningful information
- Comfortable with data management very familiar with IT tools. Advocate for data integrity
- Agile & adaptable in an environment where data is not always easily accessible
- Willing to be hands-on for the coordination of the resolution of short-term issues
- Solution oriented approach. Hands-on experience of designing and implementing business reporting models. Strong Excel/BI skills.
- Ability to articulate the data clearly to stakeholders in different parts of the business.
