- Handle onboarding processes for new staff including documentation orientation and system access setup.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity across digital and physical filing systems.
- Utilize SAP NetWeaver AS for data entry reporting and system navigation to support administrative workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve process flow.
- Provide proactive problem-solving in response to time-sensitive requests and unexpected challenges.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Commerce or a related field ( preferred).
- 13 years of proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles preferably in a corporate or executive support environment.
- Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver AS for administrative data management and reporting.
- Strong onboarding experience including documentation training coordination and system integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
