This role is critical in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations efficient scheduling and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills a high level of discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. With a focus on process optimization and stakeholder coordination the Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing executive productivity and maintaining a professional office environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other business documents with precision.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications acting as a key liaison between executives teams and clients.
  • Handle onboarding processes for new staff including documentation orientation and system access setup.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity across digital and physical filing systems.
  • Utilize SAP NetWeaver AS for data entry reporting and system navigation to support administrative workflows.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve process flow.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving in response to time-sensitive requests and unexpected challenges.
  • Support event planning meeting logistics and resource coordination as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and office procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Commerce or a related field ( preferred).
  • 13 years of proven experience in administrative or personal assistant roles preferably in a corporate or executive support environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver AS for administrative data management and reporting.
  • Strong onboarding experience including documentation training coordination and system integration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of accuracy attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Availability to work standard office hours: 10:30 AM 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
  • Must be a female candidate based in Islamabad or B-17.
