Job Summary

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in the luxury residential / home-building industry
  • Energetic self-driven and result-oriented
  • Strong professional presence suitable for premium environments
  • Fluent in English and Urdu
  • Excellent communication persuasion and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable networking within high-end residential circles
  • Existing active relationships with architects interior designers and premium residential contractors
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities within the luxury residential segment
  • Identify pursue and close high-end residential projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers and premium residential contractors
  • Represent the company at client meetings site visits and industry events
  • Coordinate effectively with architects clients contractors and the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Lead negotiations and manage projects from initial discussions through final confirmation
  • Clearly communicate the companys value proposition emphasizing design quality comfort reliability and craftsmanship
  • Collaborate with the Founder on key account development and market expansion
  • Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline activity and project progress
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
