Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new business opportunities within the luxury residential segment
- Identify pursue and close high-end residential projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers and premium residential contractors
- Represent the company at client meetings site visits and industry events
- Coordinate effectively with architects clients contractors and the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead negotiations and manage projects from initial discussions through final confirmation
- Clearly communicate the companys value proposition emphasizing design quality comfort reliability and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with the Founder on key account development and market expansion
- Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline activity and project progress
