About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts identifying new business opportunities and ensuring successful adoption of ERP and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing client accounts
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ERP modules and IT services
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Drive account growth and revenue expansion
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews
- Follow up on proposals renewals and service agreements
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in account management business development or IT/ERP sales
- Experience in ERP software or IT solutions environment will be an added advantage
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of business processes and enterprise solutions
- Self-driven target-oriented and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
